    Features: Usable cold or hot as needed

    How to use: For cooling, place the pack in the freezer for two hours before use.

    For heating, place in the microwave for a few seconds according to the product instructions.

    Fasten the pack to the desired area using the strap.

    Leave it for 15 to 20 minutes as needed.

    Allow a rest period between uses and follow the product guidelines for reuse.

    Warnings: Do not heat the pack longer than the ed time.

    Do not apply the pack directly on the skin without a protective layer if it is very cold or hot.

    Stop use if you feel burning or irritation.
