 Shipping and packing process

Once your order is confirmed, your products are carefully prepared and packaged. after the printing and production process is completed, the products are delivered to the cargo company in a protected manner against damage. after being received by the cargo company, the tracking number is sent to you through the system. your orders are delivered to your address as soon as possible and safely. note: for products that require production time, the shipping time may vary depending on the product type.

And the process of exchange

Since the products are custom-made to order, exchanges are not accepted. if the product arrives damaged during shipping or due to a manufacturing defect, you must contact us within 3 days from the delivery date.

Free replacement for incorrect or damaged items. products sent without prior notification will not be accepted.
