Directions: Take one capsule one to three times daily or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Safety: Does not contain lactose, palmitic acid, calcium, or vegetable stearates. If pregnant, consult a healthcare practitioner before use. Folinic acid and 5-methyltetrahydrofolate supplements are not ed concurrently with methotrexate cancer therapy as they may interfere with methotrexate activity; however, such folate sources have not been shown to interfere with methotrexate’s anti-inflammatory activity.

Allergy Warnings

Does not contain lactose, palmitic acid, calcium, or vegetable stearates.

Thorne Research Basic B Complex, 60 capsules.

No synthetic processing additives used

made from high-quality ingredients and packaged under sanitary conditions.

Each capsule contains: Thiamine (as thiamine hydrochloride) 110 mg

Riboflavin (as riboflavin 5'-phosphate sodium) 10 mg

Niacin (130 mg as niacinamide and 10 mg as niacin) 140 mg total

Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxal 5'-phosphate) 10 mg

Folic acid (400 mcg as L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate, glucosamine salt) 667 mcg DFE

Vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin) 400 mcg

Biotin 400 mcg

Pantothenic acid (as calcium pantothenate) 110 mg

Choline (as choline citrate) 28 mg.

Other ingredients: capsule (hypromellose derived from cellulose), microcrystalline cellulose, calcium laurate, leucine, magnesium citrate, silicon dioxide.
