Tommy Hilfiger Men Sneakers

I ordered this item, but unfortunately, it arrived in a different color than shown in the picture, which had a negative impact on my order. I lost the discount code, perhaps due to inaccuracy or a lack of credibility and transparency with customers. When I directed I asked questions to the Tommy Hilfiger store through the question and inquiry box about the product, my questions were not answered, and I was directed to Trendyol customer service. This is a clear example of a lack of credibility, transparency, and evasiveness. I feel disappointed with this experience, even though I am a long-time customer of this brand, and I am very suspicious of what is happening, as this is not appropriate for a company like Tommy Hilfiger. I regret this treatment.
