Isbn: 9786055638665 Author: hüseynbala mirelemov The penal deals with issues of ecology, which are of great importance such as regulating the relationship between humanity and the environment.

the word “eco” in greek means “household habitation”. "the term ""ecology"" refers to the scientific discipline that deals with the regulation of relationships between the environment, soil, nature, water, air, flora and fauna, and human society."

scientists emphasize that ecology has not acquired a global-scale problem nature on one side, where some small-diameter tashih in the relations of nature and man in the old and middle ages were made. In the mid-19th century, when german scientist ernst haeckel first brought people's attention to global-scale environmental problems and introduced the term “ecology”, the environment was perhaps a thousand times cleaner than it is now.

However, over time, the rapid increase in the world's population, the unprecedented depletion of forests, the widespread extraction of hydrocarbons from oceans and seas, the severe pollution of waters, the emergence of giant megacities, the failure to properly clean industrial waste, and the extreme poisoning of the air have resulted in the deterioration of ecological balance on the earth, and this situation has been the cause of widespread disasters. Therefore, environmental issues have become more urgent than ever today. Let us underline that he was completely right when he stated that mirelemov “emerged not only as a single writer, but also as a sociologist and thinker” by writing the penal work of the nizami caferov of the academy of sciences of azerbaijan in such a period.
