I ordered the item in yellow, but I was sent a navy blue one instead. This is very disappointing as I specifically chose the yellow color. The wrong item was delivered, and I am unhappy with the mix-up. I expected better attention to detail and hope this issue can be resolved quickly. Not satisfied with this purchase.
