Before putting on the gloves, make sure your hands are clean and dry. Put the gloves on with the palm facing outward. Adjust the wrist strap or latex coating so that it is tight but comfortable. Use the gripping surface of the glove when catching and pushing the ball. After use, clean the inside of the gloves with a slightly damp cloth and dry them in a shaded place. Do not use chemical detergents or a washing machine—this may negatively affect the latex coating. Do not soak the gloves in water; do not leave them in a damp environment for long periods.
