Instructions for Use/Warnings
3. Instructions for Use An RFID key fob, card, or NFC-enabled phone is sufficient to unlock the lock. The lock can operate on wooden surfaces up to 38 mm thick. To unlock the lock, simply bring the card or phone close to the outer edge of the lock. When the battery is low, the lock will beep repeatedly and remain unlocked. 4. Safety Warnings Do not place heavy objects on the lock or subject it to impact. Secure it with 3M tape and test the signal, as the RFID signal may be reduced on metal surfaces. Do not use in damp environments. It is recommended to replace the battery before it is completely depleted. 4. Safety Warnings Do not place heavy objects on the lock or expose it to impact. Secure it with 3M tape and test the signal, as the RFID signal may weaken on metal surfaces. Do not use in humid environments. It is recommended to replace the battery before it is completely depleted.

Hello, what should be the drawer thickness for the card to be read?
Answer from BGZ STORE
Hello, the distance between the lock and the card is very important for the healthy reading of the card in card (RFID) drawer/cabinet locks. General use: The recommended thickness for a wooden drawer lid is 18–20 mm. The best reading distance is to bring the card/keychain 0–2 cm close to the lock area for scanning. If the drawer cover is thicker than 20 mm or if there is a metal surface/metal handle in between, the reading distance may decrease. In this case, you'll need to position the lock closer to the cover or align the card/key fob perfectly with the reader for it to be recognized.

Answer from BGZ STORE
Hi, it can be used on an exterior door. However, we recommend that the product be installed under a porch or eaves so that it is not directly exposed to rain, heavy humidity, and sunlight. This ensures longer-lasting and trouble-free use. We wish you a nice day.

Hello, can that small pointed tip fit into the holes on both sides of the large square lock, that is, can that small pointed tip be used both vertically and horizontally?

hello, yes, yes, sir.

If we don't hear the lock warning sound when the battery runs out, it won't lock, right? Does it open automatically? I wonder if it is suitable for this two-door cabinet? I mean, two doors mean that the cabinet has two doors in the same place, one opening to the right and the other to the left. Is it possible to lock it or is it only valid for one door?
Answer from BGZ STORE
Hello, when the battery runs out, the door will not be locked, it will be open. If your cabinet is double doors, one product is not enough to lock both doors at the same time, it is suitable for single door, two doors need two locks
Translated by Google
Also, there is a charging port when the battery runs out, right? The cabinet does not stay locked when the battery runs out.
Answer from BGZ STORE
Hello, it gives a warning before the battery runs out. You can also use it by connecting the power with a cable instead of the typec input.
