Product Q&As
I received a pottery jug with a spout and a red stand. The difference is that the beige pottery was well baked in the oven, while the red one was not baked enough in the pottery kilns. I hope there is a guarantee certificate stating that the product is free of cement or any additives that are harmful to the consumer's health.
Answer from kashtat store
On the contrary, red pottery is exposed to sufficient heat, while natural pottery is completely free of any materials.

There's a leak in the faucet in the bathroom
Answer from kashtat store
As for the issue of excessive condensation, I want to assure you that this is the “secret to quality” in authentic Bukhari pottery, and here are the reasons why you can rest assured: Breathability: Bukhari pottery is characterized by very open pores, and this condensation (or sweating) is what keeps the water naturally cool; because it works on an evaporative cooling system, the more condensation there is, the cooler and purer the water inside becomes. Natural filtration: This perspiration means the jar naturally eliminates excess salts and filters the water highly effectively, unlike types that do not perspire and have closed pores. Break-in period: During the first two days, the natural clay is at its thirstiest. Over time (after about a week), the pores begin to narrow slightly, the seepage decreases, and the jar stabilizes. A simple tip: It’s always best to place a “marakan” or flat clay dish under the jar to collect the dewdrops; this is the correct traditional method for handling natural pottery that hasn’t been treated with chemicals to prevent leakage. May God bless you with it, and, God willing, you’ll notice the difference in taste and coolness with continued use!

Is it cool, not mixed, and does it have a gold warranty?
Answer from kashtat store
We assure you that the pottery is 100% natural and the cooling effect comes from the water filtration characteristic of natural pottery.

Important Notes About Handmade Product: Since this dispenser is entirely handmade, each piece is a unique work of art. Therefore, you may notice the following: * Dimensional Variation (Sizes): The size and weight may vary slightly from the advertised specifications (slightly smaller or larger). This is evidence that it is handmade and not machine-molded. This slight variation is what gives each piece its own character. * Color Variation: The color of the actual product may vary slightly from the color shown in the image. This variation is due to the nature of the clay after firing, as well as different monitor settings or photographic lighting variations that may make the color appear lighter or darker. These slight variations confirm the product's authenticity and value as a handicraft.
