Bearing system
The desired color can be adjusted by cutting the rope
The serrated, knurled handle is non-slip. The protection tube protects the rope from impacts from the ground. Usage there are 2 ropes inside, in gold and black color. The protection tube that can be attached to the rope provides resistance to impacts. 3 meter rope is long for most people. To adjust the rope according to your height, you should cut it with a pair of pliers or a pocket knife and secure it by tightening the screw-shaped stopper. Knurling on the handle makes it easy to grip, won't slip from your hand even when sweaty. Benefits it is used by many branch athletes in plyometric training to improve cardio and anaerobic endurance. Its bearing structure allows for fast rope skipping. Maintenance-protection the handle part is aluminum, it does not mold. You should tighten the stopper screw well with a screwdriver to prevent it from coming off or getting lost when jumping. A durable speedrope that can be used for a long time with 2 ropes and a protection tube.
