How long does it need to be used? Are there any side effects for adults?
Answer from Elit Pharma
Hello, thank you for your interest in our product. In general, it is recommended to use dietary supplements for at least 3 months to optimize the body and provide targeted nutritional support. Since the effects of dietary supplements are observed systemically in the long term, it is recommended to use them in 2-3 month periods as a general practice, with short breaks of 2-4 weeks between each cycle. However, the duration of use may vary from person to person depending on their overall health, metabolism, or any medications they may be regularly using. Your doctor, nutritionist, and pharmacist will be able to determine the most appropriate dosage and duration of use for you in the most accurate way according to your personal needs. We wish you healthy days.
