Sir, can you write in detail how to use it, how many times a day, how many minutes before or after eating, hungry or full?
Answer from Elit Pharma
Hello, Propolis 1000 mg 60 Capsules - Recommended Usage Plan: • Daily dose: 2 capsules per day • How to use: • Morning: 1 capsule after breakfast • Evening: 1 capsule after dinner • How to take: • It should be swallowed with a glass of water without chewing. Why like this? Since the propolis content is a natural and dense component, its use on a full stomach is more suitable for stomach comfort and the absorption process progresses more balanced. Morning-evening split dose, while support spread over the day. Additional recommendation (for maximum efficiency): • Regular use is important. • For immune support, use for at least 4–8 weeks is recommended. For sensitive individuals, you can start with 1 capsule per day for the first few days and then increase to 2 capsules. Warning: People who are allergic to bee products should not use it. Pregnancy, breastfeeding or regular use of drugs is recommended to consult a doctor. We wish you healthy days.
