Hello, is the absorption higher when used on an empty stomach or when full?
Answer from Elit Pharma
Hello, regarding the use of our product Vitamin C 1000 mg + Citrus + Zinc; Although absorption may be slightly faster when taken on an empty stomach, it is recommended to use it with or after a meal, as stomach sensitivity may occur, especially due to the zinc content. For more comfortable and regular use, you can take the product after breakfast or after lunch, with plenty of water. Additionally, it is recommended not to take the product at the same time as milk and dairy products, and to take a break of at least 1 hour if possible, in order not to affect zinc absorption. We wish you healthy days.
