Velavit v-firstect with colostrum 30 capsules colostrum, royal jelly and vitamin supplement food 1 capsule contains colostrum 350mg lgg 105mg beta 1,3/1,6 glucan 100mg vitamin c 150mg black elderberry root extract 75mg anthocyanin 5mg zinc 7,5mg royal jelly 10mg vitamin d3 5ug usage: it is recommended for adults aged 11 and over to take 1 capsule a day with 250 ml of water after a meal. Product content: colostrum (30% lgg), beta 1,3/1,6 glucan (from yeast cell wall extract (saccharomyces cerevisiae)), l-ascorbic acid (vitamin c), capsule component: hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose (vegetable), astragalus root extract, black elderberry fruit extract (anthocyanin), zinc citrate (zinc), royal jelly, anti-clumping: magnesium salts of fatty acids, cholecalciferol (vitamin d3).
