Directions for use: Direct application: Apply Vicks VapoRub to the chest, neck, and back.
Adults and children over 12 years: Use 2 to 3 teaspoons.
Children over 6 years: 1-2 teaspoons.
Inhalation: (For those over 6 years only): Dissolve 1-2 teaspoons in half a liter of hot water (not boiling) and inhale the resulting vapor for 10-15 minutes.
For single use only.
Precautions and contraindications: For external use or inhalation.
Do not swallow.
Do not place inside the nose.
