Suitable for adults and children over 2 years old.

How to use Instructions for use: For adults: Rub a generous amount onto the chest, throat, and back. Cover the entire area for maximum effectiveness. Do not overtighten night clothes to allow easy vapor inhalation. For children over 2 years of age: Apply a small amount to the chest and back. Leave clothes loose for easy inhalation. You can also use it by inhalation. Inhalation: If a head cold or catarrh persists, for deep symptom relief, dissolve two teaspoons of Vicks VapoRub in a deep bowl of very hot (not boiling) water. Inhale the soothing, medicated vapor for 10 to 15 minutes. This product can be used in combination with other medications. Warnings and Precautions: • Keep all medicines out of the reach of children.

• For external use only.

• Avoid contact with eyes.

• Do not swallow or place in nostrils.

• Consult your doctor or pharmacist if symptoms persist, or if a fever develops.

• Like all medicines, keep out of the reach and sight of children.

• Do not use on children under 2 years of age.

• Do not heat in a microwave oven.

• Never reheat the mixture.
