Hello, I bought your products, date black mulberry extract, blueberry, black elderberry. How can I use these? I bought them as a recommendation because they get sick very often. My daughter is 15 months old and the other one is 5 years old. Do I need to use it daily? If so, how much should it be consumed? Is it diluted during the day or should it be given in the same form? Could you please inform me about what I bought?
Answer from Vitma Doğal Gıda
Hello, we recommend daily use, for 6-month-old babies, 1 teaspoon a day, after 8 months, 1 dessert spoon a day, for adults, 1 tablespoon can be used empty or full, diluted or directly. We wish you healthy days.
