place paraffin wax cubes in a heater and melt; check temperature with fingertips; when moderate, dip clean hands and feet (preferably pre-treated with olive oil or cream) three times to build layers; cover with a plastic bag and a warm towel, leave for about 20 minutes, then remove the wax to reveal softer, more hydrated skin.
