Hello, I have cats. The house I just moved into has floor heating and very strong insulation. Since I moved in, I have been experiencing nasal congestion and breathing problems at night. There is humidity. Can I intensely humidify the room I sleep in with this device? And is there any essence that will harm my cats' breathing?
Answer from iyihava
Hello, yes, if you want the product, you can run it continuously or you can set it to a certain humidity level. It has a 50 square foot effect, it will moisturize easily. There is no essence in the style you mentioned. Stay healthy.

Hello, my house smells of humidity because it is the first floor. Is this product useful for the humidity and the smell in the house? I have a baby and I don't want him to have asthma or anything in the future.
Answer from iyihava
Hello, first of all, we are very sorry for the situation you are experiencing. We would like to guide you right with the right product. This product is a humidifier. It saves the environment from dryness and moisturizes according to the relative humidity level. However, the product you should buy for your humidity problem is a dehumidifier. Our dehumidifier prevents moisture, prevents mold and dampness. You can view it as Meacodry Dehumidifier and Air Purifier on our store page. The device has a dehumidification function, as well as air purification. Stay healthy.

Hi, is there a top fill without separating the tank?
Answer from iyihava
Hi, you can fill it directly into the water tank. Usually the filling is done by separating.

Hello. Can we put less vinegar in the water tank?
Answer from iyihava
Hello, we do not recommend using it this way. Stay healthy.

Hello, I saw that the sound level of the product is not written clearly in dB, there is only a statement that it is silent. Can I get information about this?
Answer from iyihava
Hello. The sound level is 30 dB. We wish you a nice day

Hi, how is the way the device works? Can we use it with a charger or is it always plugged in?
Answer from iyihava
Hello, it is not rechargeable. You can power it by plugging it in. Stay healthy.

Product 2. The light does not turn on when I use it, what is the reason?
Answer from iyihava
Hello, when you press the light button at the bottom left, the light should turn on. If this button does not light up when pressed, we can initiate the technical service process to have the product examined. Stay healthy.

It's been 1 month since I bought the product. Water comes from under it even if I never use it. What should I do?
Answer from iyihava
Hello, if the place you are talking about is under the water tank, there is a problem, the product works like this. However, if there is water overflow from outside the product, we can examine the device.
Translated by Google
Hello, the product has arrived, thank you, but the humidity rate exceeds 50%, but it still does not stop it. There is no problem at 45, but there is a problem at 50%, I don't understand. We put the humidity measuring device in a remote place, it says 52%, but the device has been working for more than 1 hour. We set it to 50%, but it does not stop, it works continuously. There is no problem at 40 and 45. What could be the reason for this? Has it been working for more than 1 hour and cannot reach 50%? Or is the sensor not detecting properly at 50%?
Answer from iyihava
Hello, it is very unlikely that two different devices will give the same result when you measure with different devices. Generally, there will be a fluctuation of +/- 5%. Stay healthy.

Good luck, can I add fragrance oils to the water or is there a container I can put outside? Have a nice day.
Answer from iyihava
Hello, it has its own aroma pad reservoir and you can also add it to water. Stay healthy.

Hello. I have been looking for a moisturizer for a long time. I would like to consult you on something I don't see in the questions. does it have a filter in the inner chamber? How does it clean? Thank you
Answer from iyihava
Hello, there is no filter in the product. Thanks to the anti-limescale capsule, the water is prevented from becoming calcified. If drinking water is used, there is no need for anti-scale. Stay healthy.

Hello, the product only gives steam in Co mode and in that case, when it works, the surroundings get wet and it never gives hot moisture. What is the reason?
Answer from iyihava
Hello, if the humidity level in the environment is already high, the device may not emit steam at the rate you set. For example, the humidity in the environment is 55%, and you set the device to this rate; since the humidity is already at this level, the device stops emitting steam. That may be the source of your first question. The part you mentioned that gets wet is because the device emits steam, so inevitably there is a dampness situation, especially in areas close to the device. The device gives warm and cold steam. We wish you healthy days.

When we lift this tank with the handle when it is full, the water inside spills out.
Answer from iyihava
Hello, are you having a spill from the water tank itself? Or did you mean for water left in the device after separating the water tank from the device? We wish you healthy days.
