Is it charging?
Answer from Yubu Premium
Hello, the product comes with a charging cable.
Translated by Google
I charged it with a normal charger battery. We don't have a computer, we have a tablet.
Answer from Yubu Premium
The normal charging head is not charging with it because it is too much power. You can charge it with a low-voltage charging adapter, like a 5V one, or by plugging it into a low-voltage USB port, such as a computer's USB port.

It just arrived, I plugged it into the charger immediately, but the light did not turn on, I wonder why?
Answer from Yubu Premium
Hello, you need to charge the product from a 5v adapter or the USB part of the computer. After being charged for about 3-4 hours, it will be fully charged. If you press the touch of the upper part of the product, it will open and the lights will turn on from there. If you try to charge it with high voltage charging heads, it will not charge. Be careful

Good day, the pen has arrived now. My tablet is Huawei Matepad SE 11. I can write horizontally and also vertically. When we checked the battery, there was a red dot instead of four dots. Is this because it is not charged? thank you in advance
Answer from Yubu Premium
Hi, when the pen shows a red light it indicates it is low on charge. After you fully charge it, the use should be fine. If the problem still continues after a charge you can let us know.
