Our products are not factory-made or mass-produced, but are entirely produced with traditional handcraft and casting techniques. Therefore, the following conditions are not considered manufacturing defects or imperfections in the product you are purchasing: blackening and color variation in tin: as the tinning process is done manually, traces of tin spread and tonal differences may occur. Additionally, superficial blackening and color darkening may be observed on the tin surface over time or depending on the storage conditions. These situations are natural layer changes that occur easily when the product is wiped/washed. Oxidation on copper surfaces: pure copper, when exposed to water and air, can naturally oxidize or tarnish on its surface. Handcrafted and measurement variations: due to the hammering, cutting, and shaping involved in the handcrafting process, slight variations in size, weight (+/- 5%), and hammer marks may occur between products.

casting product features (weather etc. Due to the nature of the casting process, products made using casting techniques, such as those made of aluminum, may have small micro-pores, mold marks, or texture variations on the surface. By purchasing our products, you are deemed to have accepted the aforementioned handmade and natural characteristics of the metal.
