The product is great and the packaging is great, but the shipping and damage to the product are your responsibility because of the packaging. The shipment arrived in a vehicle that wasn't temperature-controlled, and the product was damaged because of the shipping. If you order in the evening, they'll send it to you in the morning and it'll arrive at night, and the order was shipped in a vehicle that isn't temperature-controlled.
