Brush your teeth twice a day or as often and as recommended by your dentist. Toothpaste is not recommended for infants and children under 3 years of age. For children aged 6 and under, apply a pea-sized amount to the brush to minimize swallowing. Do not swallow. After brushing, rinse thoroughly and rinse your mouth with plenty of water. Store away from direct sunlight at a temperature between 5°C and 25°C.
