Prepare your dough as you wish, making sure it is neither too dry nor too soft.

To thin the dough layer, turn the adjustment knob clockwise to decrease the distance between the rollers. then, repeatedly run the dough through the rollers until you achieve your desired thickness. for best results, lightly flour the dough layer during this process.
4- let the thinned dough layer dry for a few minutes. a layer that is not dry enough may cause the dough to not separate from each other during cutting.
Cleaning and maintenance
Never wash the machine or any of its parts in the dishwasher or under high pressure water with detergent.
Clean the machine completely with a dry cloth or a soft brush. after securing your machine on a suitable surface, run a piece of dough between the rollers to clean any remaining dust and finalize the cleaning process.
Naturally, the dough used for this final cleaning should be discarded.
