Avoid sharp knives and direct open flames. When heating food in the microwave or conventional oven up to 210°C, fully remove or loosely rest the lid on top to allow hot steam to escape and prevent dangerous pressure buildup. Wash with warm water, mild soap, or in the dishwasher to clean. It is recommended to pack the container flatly rather than underneath heavy metal flasks to ensure delicate items like berries do not get compressed. Do not use sharp metal knives or forks directly against the silicone base, and never place the container over direct open flames, electric stovetop burners, or barbecue grills.
