How to use the machine: When you start using it, all the lights come on and there is no place to touch when the lights are on.
Answer from Arzum Shop - KSA
Dear Customer, Thank you for your message. When all the lights turn on at the start, this usually means the machine is in initial reset mode. Please turn the machine off, unplug it for one minute, then plug it back in and try again. If the lights remain on and the touch panel does not respond, please contact Emam Distribution through Google Maps for assistance. We are here to help if you need anything else.

I ordered the product for one of my relatives. One of them arrived with a technical fault and the other arrived as a different product (Handblender). Was this a fake offer to get rid of your damaged devices?
Answer from Arzum Shop - KSA
I’m very sorry to hear about your experience — but please be assured this is not a fake offer and we do not send damaged or incorrect products intentionally. This seems to be a packing or shipping error, and we will help you resolve it. Please contact us by searching for Emam Distribution Company on Google Maps, and reach out through the contact details shown there. We will replace the faulty unit and correct the wrong item you received.

is there available NA version 3 pins 110V in saudi arabia
Answer from Arzum Shop - KSA
In Saudi Arabia, this model (OKKA OK0040) is usually available in: 220–240V / 50–60 Hz (EU plug – 2 pin) A 110V / 3-pin (NA version) is generally NOT available locally in Saudi Arabia. Most units sold in KSA are designed for the local electrical system (220–240V) () If you specifically need 110V: • You would need to import a US/NA version (if available) • Or use a step-down transformer (not always recommended for long-term use) Recommendation: It’s best to use the 220–240V version available in Saudi Arabia for safety and warranty compatibility
