Finis Polyester paddles for developing early vertical forearm posture

Product description

Bolster paddles develop the Early Vertical Forearm (EVF) position and increase stroke efficiency. The EVF position relies on using the entire forearm during the pull, providing even force application from the fingertips to the elbow. This creates and sustains a longer peak speed during the power phase of the pull. Simultaneously, it forms neural pathways to strengthen the muscles involved in each stroke. Improvement of proper stroke technique is further enhanced through muscle memory of the hand, wrist, and forearm position. Bolster paddles are a versatile tool for all four swimming strokes. Features • Proper Technique Training: Promotes early vertical forearm positioning (EVF) and increases stroke efficiency • Increased Swim Speed: Creates and maintains a longer peak speed during the power phase of the pull • Comfort and Stability: Easy-to-adjust Velcro strap secures the wrist comfortably • Elbow Lift Enhancement: Swim stroke trainer lifts the elbow, ideal for open water swimming and triathlon training • Supports All Positions: Versatile tool for butterfly, backstroke, breaststroke, and freestyle Care Instructions: • Rinse in cold, non-chlorinated water after each use • Air dry on a towel • Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, as this may damage the material
